Outdoor fitness camps or boot camp

by Ott
(CFF)

In the past couple of years the boot camp has become one of the most popular ways to get fit and with good reason...

Boot camp classes are fun, affordable, and results oriented. They beat signing up for a gym membership that never gets used and rarely gets you the fatloss results you desire.

So what's the difference between most fitness boot camps and our Outdoor fitness camps?

Most boot camps are geared at people who mainly want to lose weight and tone up and be social. Our goal is to help you lose weight and tone up as well as take your health and fitness to another level, more work less talk.

To us health and fitness isn't just another 12 week program to help you get bikini fit. We want to help you establish a fit body so you can look great and function better as a whole. This knowledge will help you maintain those results for life.

Outdoor fitness camps will teach you how to get fit for life so you can get out there and have more fun, maybe run your first marathon, go on a killer hike or try your first trail run, or just have endless amounts of energy to chase after your kids.

Our Outdoor fitness camps will improve your body but help you focus on what really matters, a healthier happier life.

You can join on going classes. There is a $10 rate for drop-in workouts and I am running specials for a one month commitment. You can call or email me if you have any other questions.

sounds great
by: MJ

The idea of signing up for a fitness boot camp where all people care about is how they'll look in 12 weeks is not my idea of fun.

I like your fitcamp approach. It sounds more healthy for body and mind. Can we join an ongoing class or do we have to wait until a new class starts up?

Thanks,
MJ
