Catalina Foothills Fitness Boot Camp (fit camp) is a four-week- on going outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training.

Trail Running Tucson
Trail running is quickly becoming a popular sport around the world! Anyone that has run or raced on the road can easily adapt to the trails. You will also find that it is more forgiving on your body. This makes it the perfect training aid if to much road running is injuring you.
Cat Foot Racing is training trail runners on the trail and in group fitness classes weekly. Contact me to find out more details!

Up coming Sunday Training Runs:
July 11th-Combo: road and trail; Mount Lemmon Highway from Molino Basin to Bugsprings trail, returning on trail.
July 18-Combo: road and trail; Sabino Canyon tram road to Phone line Trail, returning on trail ~9 miles.
July 25th-Combo: road and trail; Mount Lemmon Highway from Molino Basin to Bugsprings trail, returning on trail- scheduled for a Double loop ~10.5 miles.
August 1st-Combo: road and trail; Mount Lemmon Highway from lower Bug Springs Trail Head to Upper Bug Springs, returning on trail - ~8.75 miles.
All runs have shorter distances available and based on requests we may change locations. Email for requests and they will be considered.

Trail 1/2 Marathon
Cat Foot Racing's 1/2 Marathon in the Tortolita Mountain Range is now open. This challenging 13.1 mile course will run over two ridges with challenging elevation and wonderful mile after mile of rolling high desert meadows. The date is Saturday March 20th 2010. This race will have cash prizes for overall men and women runners as well as age group awards. Email for training schedule and other information. Space will be very limited so plan ahead. Thanks for your interest.
Fall Trail Half Marathon date has been set to October 02, 2010.
