Fitcamp is structured upon simple yet effective fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This Training Program delivers effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible.

  • Classes are held at 6:30AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoon at the Rillito River Path on Swan and River Rd.

    Wednesday Evening Workouts start at 6PM. This cardio based program will get your body revved up.*special rates for Wednesday evening class- $30/4weeks

    Do I have to get in shape to join an outdoor fitness camp?

    Not at all! Every workout is designed to push "all" fitness levels.

    What are the workout sessions like?

    Our uniquely styled fitness programs change daily, constantly challenging your entire body for maximum results. Our warm-ups usually consist of dynamic stretching, which will get your body temperature up and ready for the upcoming session. Each session ends with a cool down and static stretching to help reduce soreness.

    We use a variety of tools to burn the most amount of calories,while toning your fat burning muscles. Our tools include yourbody-weight, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, jumpropes, and a lot more. Every workout is different, in order tokeep your body guessing, which makes it have to utilize morecalories. Plus, you will never get bored with the same old routine.

    What if I can't perform a certain exercise?

    Not to worry. We will modify an exercise to compliment your fitness level. These lower-impact modifications will equally strengthen and challenge your body while you develop more skills.

    What about nutrition?

    During each 4 week session, there will be a Saturday morning workshop where we focus on proper exercise technique, how to make fit camp work for you, and address any nutrition questions. There are also available other "personalized" nutrition options, with a registered dietitian, available to support your personal needs. Feel free to ask about them, and find out what is right for you.

    I am really overweight, can I sign up?

    Our goal is always to help you get and stay healthy. Therefore,depending on your current situation, and how many pounds overweight you are, we will always ask that you get clearance from your doctor before beginning our program. However, individual situations vary, so call me to discuss.

    What should I bring in order to get started?

    I suggest your bring a hand towel, water, weightlifting gloves, a mat (I do provide some if needed), comfortable running shoes, loose, comfortable clothing and a good hard working attitude.

    How can I join and receive a discount?

    Join Cat Foot Racing Trail Running Club and receive a discount on the monthly cost of the Fitcamp. Bring in friends and receive a discount for each person that joins.
