Fitcamp is structured upon simple yet effective fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. You will have more stamina/endurance. Plus many other benefits including a healthier you!Classes are held: 6:30 AM Tuesday and Thursday at the Rillito River Path near Swan and River Rd. Saturday Morning at 5:45 AM. 6:30 PM Monday and Wednesday Eve at the Rillito River Path. Friday Evening Classes are available per request. As Fall approaches the will be more classes available and if you have certain times that are better for you let us know, we will work to help you get in shape. *specials are available call or email for the latest deal! Want To Know More? Here Are A Few FAQs Want To Know More? Here Are A Few FAQs Fitcamp FAQs: Do I have to get in shape to join an outdoor fitness camp? Not at all! Every workout is designed to push "all" fitness levels. What are the workout sessions like? Our uniquely styled fitness programs change daily, constantly challenging your entire body for maximum results. Our warm-ups usually consist of dynamic stretching, which will get your body temperature up and ready for the upcoming session. Each session ends with a cool down and static stretching to help reduce soreness. We use a variety of tools to burn the most amount of calories,while toning your fat burning muscles. Our tools include yourbody-weight, Suspension Trainers, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, jump-ropes, and a lot more. Every workout is different, in order to keep your body guessing, which makes it have to utilize more calories. Plus, you will never get bored with the same old routine. What if I can't perform a certain exercise? Not to worry. We will modify an exercise to compliment your fitness level. These lower-impact modifications will equally strengthen and challenge your body while you develop more skills. What about nutrition? Every few months there will be a Saturday morning workshop where we focus on proper exercise technique, how to make fit camp work for you, and address any nutrition questions. Other options available are "personalized" nutrition programs, with a registered dietitian, to support your personal needs. Feel free to ask about them, and find out what is right for you. I am really overweight, can I sign up? Our goal is always to help you get and stay healthy. Therefore,depending on your current situation, and how many pounds overweight you are, we will always ask that you get clearance from your doctor before beginning our program. However, individual situations vary, so call me to discuss. What should I bring in order to get started? I suggest your bring a hand towel, water, weightlifting gloves, a mat (I do provide some if needed), comfortable running shoes, loose, comfortable clothing and a good hard working attitude. How can I join and receive a discount? Join Cat Foot Racing Trail Running Club and receive a discount on the monthly cost of the Fitcamp.
